You can purchase our Custom In-Ear Monitors from any of UE’s international dealers by using Ultimate Ears Dealer locator.

You can also make an order directly through the Ultimate Ears online store. When placing an order online, an exact shipping amount is provided when you enter the appropriate mailing address. Please realize that you will be financially responsible for any and all international taxes or tariffs applied by your local customs agency.

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES?

The customs office of the destination country may assess customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges to your international order where applicable. These additional charges required for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient of the IEMs.

When your order arrives at the Destination Country Customs either our shipper FedEx, or the Customs office will get in touch with you directly to settle payment of any charges that may be due. On some occasions FedEx is required to pay specific duties and taxes in advance, on a customer’s behalf.

An example, FedEx may pay an advance fee when countries require that duties and taxes be paid prior to Customs release or prior to certain items clearing customs. In these instances, FedEx will add an Advancement Fee costs that will be billed to the party designated to pay duties and taxes. Please be advised that Ultimate Ears has no control over these charges.

The total amount charged by customs may differ for each country.

Repairs: International Repair Shipping Procedures

International shipments are subject to import duties and taxes (VAT). To avoid these additional charges when shipping International repairs to Ultimate Ears a Foreign Shipper’s Declaration Form must be filled out and sent with the package. Ultimate Ears reserves the right to charge you for any fees incurred at time of package receipt due to failure of proper return procedures.
